I didn't receive an invitation to CreditXpert
If you are a Mortgage Professional:
- Check with the administrator for your CreditXpert account to verify that they sent the invitation to the correct email address.
- Check your spam or junk folder for the message.
- Search your email (not just your inbox) for the subject "Welcome to CreditXpert!" to see if it was sorted into a different folder.
If you are an applicant:
- Check with your Lender to verify that they sent the invitation to the correct email address.
- Check your spam or junk folder for the message.
- Search your email (not just your inbox) for the subject "Your credit plan is ready!" to see if it was sorted into a different folder.
