You can contact the CreditXpert support team two ways:
- Use the Help button in the Support Center or CreditXpert Platform
- The Help button will allow you to view our Help Center articles related to the page you are on or search for relevant articles.
- If you are still seeking help, you can click "Get in touch" to open a support ticket
- During our standard support operating hours, Live Chat may also be available for urgent and high severity needs.

Use the Help button to submit a support request
To submit a request using the Help button, follow these steps:
- Click the Help button in the bottom-right of any page in the CreditXpert Platform or Support Center.
- Choose the Get in touch option in the chat box.
- Click Leave a message or Live Chat in the chat box.
- Fill out the request form and click Submit.
Submit a request in the Support Center
To submit a request in the Support Center, follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://help.creditxpert.com/, or click the Get support link at the bottom of any page in the CreditXpert Platform.
- Click Submit a request in the top-right of the page.
- Fill out the request form and click Submit.
