When you submit a support request, a support team member will always reply to you via email. You can reply to that email asking for an update. You can also view all your support requests through the Help Center.
Note for Admins
If you have the user role of Admin or Technical Admin in CreditXpert and have a need to view all support requests for your entire organization, please reach out to support@creditxpert.com, open a support request in the Help Center, or click on the pink Help button in the platform and request this additional view.
