If you forgot your password and can't sign in, please reset it using the "Forgot Password?" link at the sign in page. If this is your FIRST TIME logging into CreditXpert, please see Signing in for the first time for more information, as this article may be more relevant to you.
Important: The steps outlined in this article are intended for customers who use our standard log-in authentication. If you're organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you will not be able to use the "Forgot Password?" link and will need to reach out to your organization's IT/Support/Help Desk teams.
Steps to reset your password
- Navigate to your CreditXpert login page.
- Enter the email address you use to sign in and click Continue.
- Click Forgot Password below the Password input field.
- Enter your email address again and click Send instructions.
- You will receive an email with a verification code. If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your junk or spam. If you still don't see the email, you may try again or contact support for assistance. When you've received the code, click Reset Password.
- Enter your new password, confirm the new password, and enter the verification code that was sent to your email. When you're finished, click Reset password.
- If your password reset is successful, you'll see a confirmation screen. Click Return to login to login with your new password.
NOTE: If you're a Technical Administrator with an account that uses single sign-on (“SSO”) to authenticate your users and you are having trouble logging in, see the article: Accessing your CreditXpert account when Single Sign-On ("SSO") is down.
