To update an applicant's email or mobile number, navigate to the applicant in the plans page and select the menu to the far right which displays the option to "Send invite to applicant":
After you click on this option you will be taken to step one of inviting the applicant. If everything looks good, select Next. You will then be taken to step 2 where you can update the email and/or mobile number of the applicant:
Select "Send Invite" which will re-invite the applicant with the updated information.
NOTE: If you intend for your applicant to log into CreditXpert to progress through their action items on the plan, please ensure that this phone number is a mobile phone number. This number will have an SMS text message with a verification code sent to them to log into CreditXpert and this verification code is required.
