Our CreditXpert users can log into the CreditXpert platform for the first time in two different ways. The first way is our standard log-in and the second is via your organizations Single Sign-On (SSO). When you go to the CreditXpert page, enter the email for your account--if you are not redirected to your company's familiar page where you can log in, then you are using our standard log-in. If you enter your email and are redirected to enter your company SSO credentials, then you are using the SSO log-in method.
For the first time that you log into CreditXpert, users with the standard log-in method will need to do so with an email invitation. Standard log-in users who have not gone through the email verification for their first-time logging in will be unable to use the "Forgot password?" link on the CreditXpert sign in page.
Using the Email Invitation
For your first time signing in, you will need to be invited by an Admin at your organization.
You will receive an email to complete your registration as part of that invite that comes from the address:
no-reply@pro-prod.creditxpert.com
(Please check your junk/spam filter if you do not see the invite.)
You will click the link in the email and follow the steps to complete your registration and create login credentials, including your password.
After doing this process for your FIRST login, you will not need to do this again, unless your email address changes in CreditXpert. Users will be able to navigate to the log in page and sign in with their email address, password they create, and the verification code going forward.
Using Single Sign-on (SSO)
If your organization is set up for SSO (single sign-on) you will log into CreditXpert with your organization's credentials (email address and password). These should be familiar to you and probably the same email and password that you use to log into other tools at work.
After entering your organization's email, you will be redirected to complete your sign in via SSO.
If you do not remember the password to your account, you will need to contact your organization's support/IT to reset it. CreditXpert cannot reset or assist with SSO passwords.
NOTE: SSO users will be unable to use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset their passwords because the password is your SSO password and can only be changed within your organization's tools, not in CreditXpert.
