In CreditXpert, all your plans remain accessible on the Plans page even after they expire or are completed. However, expired or completed plans are not displayed by default. You’ll need to apply a filter to view them.
Understanding Plan Status
1. Expired Plans
A plan will show as Expired when:
The plan uses the Immediate timeframe
30 days have passed since the plan was created
Plans using the Immediate timeframe automatically expire after 30 days.
2. Completed Plans
A plan becomes Completed when:
All action items within the plan are marked as Done
Once every action item is completed, the plan status automatically updates to Completed.
How to View Expired or Completed Plans
By default, the Plans page shows only active plans. To view expired or completed plans:
Navigate to the Plans page in CreditXpert
Locate the Filter option.
Select the appropriate status under Show inactive plans
Show expired plans
Show completed plans
Apply the filter.
Once applied, the page will display plans matching the selected status.
