A locked account happens when an incorrect password has been entered 5 consecutive times.
Before your account is locked
If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password option before reaching 5 unsuccessful login attempts.
Please note: Once your account is locked, using Forgot Password will not trigger a reset email.
If you access CreditXpert as part of your organization, contact your CreditXpert administrator to unlock your account. Only your administrator has the ability to unlock your account. Who Are My Organization's Admins?
If you signed up for CreditXpert directly, you are the administrator for your account. To request an unlock, please contact support@creditxpert.com.
