Credit reports are a snapshot of a point in time and the data in the credit report could change at any time, even within days of a credit pull. These changes could impact CreditXpert product performance, and undermine the associated analysis and evaluation of data that is needed to generate a CreditXpert plan.
Use of outdated credit reports and outdated CreditXpert plans could lead to a poor experience for the users, which is why we suggest that if a credit report is over 30 days old, then a new credit report should be pulled before a CreditXpert plan is run. Credit pulls that are more than 30 days old (and don't have an associated plan) are no longer available from the credit pulls screen.
