Renewing your subscription after your billing cycle has ended
- If you want to renew your subscription, but your last billing cycle has ended and you no longer have access to CreditXpert, you must contact support.
Renewing your subscription before your billing cycle has ended
- If you want to renew your subscription, but your last billing cycle has not yet ended and you still have access to CreditXpert, you can renew it by following the steps below.
- Select your account avatar in the top right
- Select Manage subscription
- Select Renew plan
- Confirm that you want to renew your plan
