Welcome to CreditXpert!
Our tools can help you qualify for a loan or get a better mortgage rate.
CreditXpert uses artificial intelligence to show you the most likely path to a higher credit score. Whether it’s paying off a loan, opening a new card, or even requesting a balance increase, we provide actionable steps you can take to increase your score.
If your Mortgage Professional/Loan Officer creates a CreditXpert plan for you, you will receive an email from us with a link to the Applicant App. The Applicant App is a user-friendly interface that allows you to track your completion of the plan.
Once you log into the Applicant App, you will see a list of plan actions (to-dos). For each action, click on the Get Started link to see the specific steps you must take to complete that action.
Once you click Get Started for an action, the list of specific steps for that action appears:
As you complete each step, check the box next to it. As you check off each step, your Mortgage Professional/Loan Officer will see that you have completed the step on their end as well.
When you have completed all the steps for each action, your Mortgage Professional/Loan Officer is notified.
