Getting started
Before you create your first plan, we recommend you confirm your profile is updated with all the correct information. This ensures that applicants see the correct information for you on their credit optimization plan.
Creating plans
Now you're ready to create your first plan! Get started by importing the applicant's credit data file. Then, you may customize the plan parameters such as timeframe and cash needed to suit your applicant's individual needs.
Note: How you import the credit data file may differ depending on your organization, but the purpose of this article is to give you an overview of how to create and manage plans.
Sending plans and tracking progress
After creating a credit optimization plan, you can send plans to your applicants and track their progress.
